Originally, I wanted to become a sports physician, however the encounter with my meanwhile deceased friend and mentor, Andy Leaf, MFCC, who was paraplegic as the result of a surfing accident, changed my career plans fundamentally. He showed me how complex day-to-day challenges can be for people in exceptional situations, and I had a chance to acquire extensive knowledge across a broad range of areas.
Training at leading international universities and institutions, among them the Mental Research Institute (MRI), Palo Alto, California, paved the way to my future career path. During the years I spent working for globally operating reinsurance companies, I set myself a goal: to help individuals and organizations suffering the effects of radical changes to obtain new and sustainable perspectives.
The insights and experience I gained during this period led to the guiding principle of RehaSuisse:
To provide professional assistance to organizations and individuals dealing with complex change processes by following an interdisciplinary and scientifically sound approach.
Finally, at the end of 2007, RehaSuisse, based in Lucerne, was founded.
The company name creates a link to our original discipline: rehabilitation management. "Suisse" is not merely the name of where we are based – it also indicates our high quality standards.
Ever since it was founded, RehaSuisse has steadily evolved further, not only where the size of our team is concerned, but also in view of the tasks we set ourselves.
As a result of the continual development of innovative and individualized services, we have become one of the leading providers of assistance services to organizations, executives and employees undergoing change processes.
We provide our consulting services to organizations and individuals across Switzerland and worldwide.
