Our Approach
In the area of rehabilitation management for complex cases, we work according to a transparent and effective plan that is easy for all parties to understand. Our clientele encompasses people of all ages.
Based on the personal needs and issues raised during the preliminary consultation with our client , we conduct a detailed evaluation. During this process we extract any beneficial or deterring factors. Then we incorporate and co-ordinate any internal and external resources.
We continue to work together with the client in the framework of a coaching agreement. We develop customised recommendations and measures for self-help. We assist with any specific goals. It goes without saying that we assume the responsibility for implementing, co-ordinating and monitoring any measures taken.
Then we meet with the client to review the objectives agreed upon to assure they have been attained. This is an essential part of the Rehasuisse approach.
